The participants were welcomed by Ekaterina Erova, Chairperson of the AEB Legal Committee, Senior Lawyer at Melling, Voitishkin & Partners, and Ilya Shlykov, Deputy Chairperson of the AEB Legal Committee, Head of the Legal Department at Great Wall Motor Rus.
Participants reviewed the experience of implementing platform solutions, such as ticketing systems, for managing requests, monitoring lawyers' workloads, and adhering to deadlines. Particular attention was paid to the choice between in-house development and off-the-shelf systems, as well as the importance of staff training and management support.
