Elena Rybakova, Michelin and Irina Kartashova, Procter & Gamble emphasized the main problems related to the given technical regulation, and namely: transitional period, formation of the register of chemical products, terms and definitions, conformity assessment procedures: notification and registration, material safety data sheet, confidentiality of information, etc. The AEB would establish a working group for further discussion of the issue and elaboration of comments and proposals.
