The event was opened by Ruslan Kokarev, AEB COO, Filippo Baldisserotto, AEB Board member, Real Estate Committee Chairman and Ulf Schneider, Managing Director, SCHNEIDER GROUP. 

Ruslan Kokarev announced a number of important upcoming AEB events and invited everyone present to join them. Filippo Baldisserotto announced that the AEB Annual Conference “Real Estate Day” will be held on September 27, 2017 at the congress-center of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and industry. Ulf Schneider expressed a warm welcome to the guests and asked to support an initiative called Berlin Memorandum.
