The AGM was attended by Ruslan Kokarev, AEB COO, who opened the meeting with welcome address to the participants and brief presentation of the AEB news and recent activities.

Andreas Bitzi, the Chair of the AEB North-Western Regional Committee presented a report on the activities of the AEB North-Western Regions Committee in 2019 and the plans of the Committee for the year 2020. 

Further, the elections of the Steering Group of the AEB NWRC were held. Ruslan Kokarev, AEB COO, briefly outlined the voting rules for the members of the Steering Group, after which the candidates introduced themselves.

According to the results of the secret voting, the following representatives of the AEB member-companies were elected to the Steering Group of the AEB North-Western Regional Committee:

• Wilhelmina Shavshina, DLA Piper

• Maksim Sobolev, YIT

After the Annual General Meeting the newly elected AEB NWRC Steering Group held its first meeting, during which Andreas Bitzi (quality partners) was elected as a Chair of the AEB North-Western Regional Committee. His deputies became Elena Novoselova (Coleman Services UK), Anton Rassadin (BSH Group) and Wilhelmina Shavshina (DLA Piper).

We cordially congratulate the members of the new Steering Group and wish them a fruitful work in coming two years.

After the official part of the AGM the participants enjoyed a festive reception devoted to the 10th anniversary of the AEB North-Western Regional Committee.
