On March 3, 2023, the AEB North-Western Regional Committee (NWRC) held its Annual General Meeting in St. Petersburg. 

The AGM was opened by Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO, who addressed the AEB NWRC members with brief presentation of the AEB news and recent activities and plans.

As part of our Annual General Meeting, our traditional 2023 Economic and Financial Outlook was presented by well-known experts: Stanislav Murashov, Raiffeisenbank, Evgeny Kukin, Systeme Electric, Oleg Krylov, ING BANK.

Anton Rassadin, the Chair of the AEB North-Western Regional Committee, presented a report on the activities of the AEB North-Western Regional Committee in 2022 and the plans of the Committee for the year 2023.

 

This time the approval of elected 2 Steering Group members for the remaining term of the resigned members was held. Olga Silnitskaya, AEB Deputy CEO, GR Director, briefly outlined the voting rules for the members of the Steering Group, after which 3 candidates introduced themselves.

According to the results of the secret offline and online voting, the following representatives of the AEB member-companies were elected to the Steering Group of the AEB North-Western Regional Committee:

• Yelena Kiyanova, Philip Morris Sales and Marketing

• Dmitry Melnikov, WONE Hotels Group

Right after the Annual General Meeting the newly elected AEB NWRC Steering Group held its first meeting, during which Yelena Kiyanova was reelected with majority of the votes as a Chair of the AEB North-Western Regional Committee. The newly elected Chair proposed to stay with the same candidatures of the deputies: Andreas Bitzi (quality partners), Elena Novoselova (Coleman Services UK), and Wilhelmina Shavshina (DLA Piper).

We cordially congratulate 2 new members of the new Steering Group and wish them a fruitful work in a coming year.
