Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO, Ruslan Kokarev, AEB COO, the members of the NWRC Steering Group and the Committee Coordinator took part in the strategic meeting, which was moderated by an invited specialist. 

The meeting participants discussed issues of strategic development of the North-Western Regional Committee for 2021-2023 in terms of goals, benchmark analysis, client segmentation, and actions to be implemented to achieve the set goals and performance indicators in coming 2021 year. 

The meeting was held at “Usad’ba Diagileva” in Leningrad Region.
