On September 14, 2026, the AEB Legal Committee, the Committee on Insurance and Pensions, and the Committee on Health, Safety, Environment and Security held an offline open event “Critical Infrastructure: New Security Requirements and Risk Management”.

The event was opened by Tadzio Schilling, CEO, AEB, and moderated by Ekaterina Erova, AEB Legal Committee Chair.  Among the experts were:

At the event, the experts discussed a general overview of Presidential Decree No. 604, the set of measures and requirements and proposed possible steps for companies in the legal domain in light of its adoption, legal consequences of UAV attacks and civil liability of business, contractual mechanisms for its allocation, practical experience and recommendations for protecting company personnel and facilities during UAV attacks, as well as insurance of terrorism and UAV risks and recent changes. The speakers answered numerous questions from the participants.
