The event was opened by Ruslan Kokarev, AEB COO and moderated by Alexey Soldatov, Product Conformity Assessment Committee Chairman. 

Sanne Goossens, APPLiA Home Appliance Europe, told about smart appliances in Europe and the European regulation that ensures safety and security of these appliances; Alexander Nevrovsky, Head of marketing and business development group in Siemens Business Technologies, told about a role of manufacturers in the new smart world, data-thinking approach and IT technologies that will be used in engineering systems; Elena Petrunyaka, Senior Product Manager, Ariston Thermo Rus, briefed about the company’s connected boilers and water heaters describing advantages of remote control for users; Sergey Davydov, Business Applications Analyst Digital, Sales and Marketing, Philips, told about the company’s connected products and smart applications; Alexander Sverdlov, General Manager, FläktGroup, told about the company’s smart solutions for a comfortable indoor climate. 

The event participants concluded that the topic of smart and connected technologies in Russia will be developing in the future and agreed to hold the event next year.
