On September 17, 2026, the Second meeting of the Rosutilizatsiya Business Club, titled "Resource Cycle 2.0: Technologies, Capacities, and Demand for Secondary Raw Materials," took place in Moscow. The event was attended by government officials, waste recovery operators, manufacturers, and importers.

Participants discussed the development of waste disposal infrastructure and the circular economy, the implementation of Russian waste processing technologies, the creation of a transparent market for secondary raw materials, traceability and verification of actual recovery, and the practical implementation of the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) mechanism.

During the event T. Schilling, CEO of AEB, presented the business perspective on the state of the market and current challenges.
