On July 16, 2026, the Association of European Businesses took part in the International Forum "Anti-Corruption: Challenges and Solutions," which was held across venues in Moscow and Khabarovsk.
The event brought together representatives of federal and regional authorities, the business community, compliance experts, and international organizations.
A key highlight of the Forum's business program was the session "International Experience and Implementation," featuring a presentation by Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO. In his address, he emphasized that anti-corruption compliance is not an ancillary function but rather one of the key factors in company sustainability, investor trust, and the preservation of business reputation.
Ekaterina Cheburkova, Chairperson of the AEB Compliance and Ethics Committee, actively participated in the discussion. Together with Tadzio Schilling, she presented the Committee's work as a professional platform where AEB member companies exchange best practices, discuss law enforcement trends, and jointly seek effective solutions in the field of anti-corruption.
The Forum also addressed current issues of Russian regulation, coordination between federal and regional authorities, the effectiveness of corporate compliance systems, and educational initiatives aimed at developing anti-corruption competencies.
