The AEB has been dealing with problems related to parallel imports for ten years and speakers found it very important to express their position and to discuss this issue with Sergey Puzyrevskiy, Deputy Head, Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation; Luis Portero, Head of Economic and Trade Section, Delegation of the European Union to Russia, Askar Kishkembayev, Head of the Secretariat of Board Member (Minister) on economic and financial policy EEC, Sergey Belov, Dean of the Law Faculty of Saint Petersburg State University and Andrei Bushev, Professor of Business Law Department of Saint Petersburg State University.

The opening speech was made by Frank Schauff, AEB CEO.
