On November 30, AEB CEO Tadzio Schilling spoke at the conference “Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia – Results 2023”, dedicated to the M&A market.

Leading experts in the field of economics and law discussed the dynamics of M&A transactions in Russia over the past year, introduced the key players and the dominant types of transactions in the market. 

Tadzio Schilling presented the results of a business climate survey conducted by the AEB in November this year. Tadzio noted that more than half of respondents from AEB member companies expect an increase in business profitability.

Alexander Zharsky, Partner and Head of Corporate and M&A Practice at ALRUD, Chairman of the AEB Finance and Investment Committee, moderated the session. During the discussion, conference participants also exchanged their vision for the further development of the M&A sector and business in general in Russia.
