On December 3, the 9th Pension Conference organized by the AEB Insurance and Pension Committee took place on the AEB platform. This year the event was devoted to the topic “NPF in the conditions of pension reform. Trends and Prospects”. 

During the conference, speakers shared information on international experience of pension provision in OECD countries, current trends in pension provision and long-term programs, changes coming into force from 2024 in the field of pension provision in Russia, trends in corporate pension programs, as well as the prospects for the development of the pension system and the role of NPFs in ensuring the financial stability of citizens.

As part of the Q&A session, the meeting participants also asked the most relevant and pressing questions related to pension provision and corporate pension programs.
