The meeting was moderated by Tatiana Kovalenko, AEB Real Estate Committee Chair, Deputy General Director, SENDLER & COMPANY and Denis Zhuravsky, COO, Association of Industrial Parks of Russia. 

Zakhar Valkov, COO, Radius Group told about build-to-suit, innovations and technologies. Ivan Korotkov, Director of Supply Chain Automation, Leroy Merlin told about the history of the largest distribution center of Leroy Merlin. Tatiana Kovalenko, AEB Real Estate Committee Chair, Deputy General Director, SENDLER & COMPANY briefed about the Real Estate Committee, its plans for the first half of 2020 and possible cooperation with different stakeholders. Denis Zhuravsky, COO, Association of Industrial Parks of Russia told about the AIP tasks in the field of industrial construction and warehouses.
