On November 26, 2024, a webinar on "Traditions and new technologies in personnel training" was held, organized by the AEB Assessment, training & development Sub-Committee and by AEB Labour Law Sub-Committee of the AEB HR Committee.

The prompt clarification of the corporate strategy and the transformation of familiar business connections required no less prompt adjustment of the processes and technologies for personnel training and assessment. Experts discussed which traditions help to maintain the continuity of corporate culture, which technologies meet the requirements of the new era, and what restrictions exist in the context of sanctions to ensure the security of sensitive data.
