The AEB round table "Transport Logistics and Customs Declaration: Formalization and Dispute Resolution" took place on March 20 as part of the business programme of the TransRussia exhibition.

Wilhelmina Shavshina and Vadim Zakharenko, Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of AEB's Customs and Transport Committee, together with the Committee's experts, discussed with the guests of the event the following topics:  trends in transport logistics, practical problems and solutions while moving goods into a bonded warehouse, the practice of amending a goods declaration, judicial trends in customs disputes, and risks of administrative liability when transporting goods under customs control.
