On September 21, AEB took part in Moscow Financial Forum. 

AEB CEO Tadzio Schilling became a speaker of the panel discussion dedicated to the  key aspects of licensing in the tobacco market. 

The session brought together government representatives, such as  Alexey Sazanov, Stats-Secretary Deputy Minister of Finance, Igor Aleshin, Head of the Federal Service for Control over the Alcohol and Tobacco Markets as well as leaders of associations -  Andrey Loskutov, Chairman of the Association of Participants in the Tobacco and Nicotine-Containing Products Market,  Vladlen Maksimov, President of the Association of Small Retail Businesses.

AEB CEO Tadzio Schilling focused special attention on international licensing practices. It was highlighted that the tool is effective only when it constitutes part of a comprehensive regulatory framework — together with product traceability, effective law enforcement as well as  economic measures.
