On May 11, 2023, within the framework of the XI St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, the AEB organized its round table “When a Well-Known Trademark Defines a Product: Problems and Solutions". 

The participants of the session discussed the world and Russian practice of application of a well-known trademark, the prospects for the development of the Russian system for the protection of well-known marks. 

The session was moderated by Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO. 

Among the speakers were Anton Bankovsky, Chairman of the AEB Committee on Intellectual Property, Partner of SEAMLESS Legal, Denis Khabarov, Partner of Melling, Voitishkin and Partners, Elena Sukhikh, Head of Brand Legal Support Practice, Gazpromneft Expert Solutions, as well as Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Court on intellectual rights.
