On April 13, 2018 at the Krasnoyarsk Forum the ceremony of signing the Memorandum of cooperation between the AEB and the Agency of Technological Development took place.

The document was signed by the AEB CEO Frank Schauff and the CEO of the Agency Mr. Maxim Shereikin.
