On October 20, 2026, Krasnodar hosted events dedicated to the 23rd anniversary of the AEB Southern Regional Committee.

AEB CEO Tadzio Schilling arrived in Krasnodar and met with Alexander Ruppel, Vice Governor of the Krasnodar Region. During the meeting several issues of developing cooperation between the Association of European Businesses and the Krasnodar Regional administration were discussed.

Later that day, the Solemn meeting and reception of the AEB Southern Regional Committee dedicated to its 23rd anniversary were held at the Hampton by Hilton Krasnodar Hotel.

At the meeting of the AEB Southern Regional Committee, representatives of the Krasnodar Regional Administration, heads of the Representative Office of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Krasnodar, regional branches of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Delovaya Russia, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Krasnodar Region, the Kuban State Agrarian University and regional media addressed congratulations to the Committee. 

During the Solemn Meeting, the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of understanding between the Association of European Businesses and the Investment Promotion Agency of the Krasnodar Region took place.

The official part of the meeting ended with a solemn reception. 

The AEB Southern Regional Committee was established in Krasnodar in 2003. For 23 years, the member companies of the committee have been making a significant contribution to the development of the region's economy and maintaining an effective business climate.
