On 3 July 2013, the AEB Taxation Committee held a business meeting “Development of the Russian Tax System in 2013 and prospects for 2014-2016”. Mr. Sergey Shatalov, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation, was the honorable guest at the event and gave a key-note speech. The event highlighted recent changes in tax legislation and prospects for the next few years and provided a lively platform for discussion for experts to share their expertise and offer recommendations on important tax matters.
