On 23 May 2018  Frank Schauff, AEB CEO, and Maya Limonnikova, AEB Legal Advisor, took part in the meeting of the State Duma Council on Legislation chaired by Vyacheslav Volodin, State Duma Chairman, devoted to discussion of the draft law introducing criminal responsibility for complying to sanctions of foreign states.

Frank Schauff stated that adoption of the law would have a negative effect on investment climate and can lead to suspension or interruption of European companies’ activities in Russia.
