On April 23, 2025, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association of European Businesses was held at Lotte Hotel in Moscow. The meeting was chaired by Marc Dellaert, Chairman of the Council of National Representation.
Thomas Staertzel, Chairman of the AEB Board, presented the AEB strategic outlook. Tadzio Schillinig, AEB CEO, presented AEB annual business report for 2024 and Oksana Krupnova, Chairman of the AEB Auditing Commission, presented the financial plan for 2025.
The Anniversary AGM this year was featured by the panel discussion "30 Years of AEB: Shaping the Organization, Building Bridges, Writing History". The AEB is what it is today not by chance, but thanks to the vision, dedication, and hard work of countless individuals who have shaped it over the past thirty years. Irène Commeau, Former CEO, Philippe Pegorier, Former Chairman of the AEB Board, Svetlana Lomidze, Former External Relations Director and Chief Committee Coordinator, Evgeny Reyzman, Longstanding member of the AEB, Chairman of the AEB Labour Law Sub-Committee, made possible a special session dedicated to the remarkable journey of the AEB. The AEB members had the privilege of hearing from some of the key figures who, together with many others, have steered the AEB through pivotal moments in its history.
At the official part of the meeting the annual & financial reports were approved and elections to the AEB Auditing Commission took place. Ekaterina Shestakova was elected as a new member of the AEB Auditing Commission.
