On September 16, 2025, Elvira Nabiullina, Governor of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, held the now-traditional meeting with members of the Association of European Businesses. 

The meeting was moderated by Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO. 

Vladimir Chistyukhin, First Deputy Governor of the Bank of Russia, and department directors also participated in the meeting on behalf of the Central Bank. 

In her address, Elvira Nabiullina highlighted the main development trends in Russia's financial and banking sector. Participants discussed issues relevant to foreign businesses in Russia, such as cross-border payments, monetary and financial policy, and regulation of financial and non-financial organizations.
