On March 27, 2025, the AEB North-Western Regional Committee (NWRC) held its Annual General Meeting in St. Petersburg. This year, the main issue on the agenda of the meeting was the elections to the Steering Group of the AEB North-West Regional Committee for the next year.

The participants of the meeting determined the members of the Steering Group, and its composition expanded to 10 people.

In addition to the elections, the event included a discussion on the image and brand of the North-Western region. Anastasia Mikhalchenko, Director Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region, Igor Pavlovskiy, Chief Editor, Delovoy Peterburg, Egor Starshov, Associate Professor/ Deputy Head, Department of Public Administration, Graduate School of Management St.Petersburg University, spoke about projects aimed at promoting the region and practices for achieving this goal.

The discussion was moderated by AEB CEO Tadzio Schilling. Elena Kiyanova, Chair of the AEB NWRC / Chair of the National Corporate Volunteer Council in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, Philip Morris Sales and Marketing, presented the report on the activities of the North-Western Regional Committee of the AEB for 2024.
