The AEB annual HR Conference ”The Future of Human Resources: Beyond the Breaking Point” on March 14 focused, as usual, on the practices applied by leading companies in the sectors of compensations & benefits, recruitment, assessment, training & development, and labour law.

AEB CEO Tadzio Schilling opened the conference and spoke about the achievements of the AEB Human Resources Committee in 2023. Chairman of the Committee Irina Aksenova spoke about what is happening in the labor market now.

Invited guest Natalya Bochkova, General Director of Wellgo, talked about the transformation of approaches and tasks in the field of personnel development and retention: about the new brand and values, current challenges, and future trends.

Afterwards three parallel sessions were held by the Compensation and Benefits Subcommittee, the Assessment, Training and Development Subcommittee, and the Recruiting and Relocation Subcommittee. The conference ended with a session organized by the Labor Law Subcommittee.
