On 28 May 2021, the AEB North-Western Regional Committee’s Customs, Transport & Logistics Subcommittee organized its regular annual meeting with the representatives of North-Western Customs Administration (SZTU). The meeting was held online.

The event focused on the following issues:

1. Topical issues of customs value of goods

2. Operation of electronic customs and electronic declaration centers, digitalization and automation of customs procedures

3. Appeal of decisions, actions, inactions of customs bodies and officers

Sergey Vasiliev, Chair of the AEB North-Western Regional Committee's Subcommittee for Customs, Transport & Logistics moderated the event.

The following representatives from SZTU participated in the meeting: Alina Sinyuk, Consultant of the Customs Value Control Department of the Federal Customs Revenue Service, SZTU; Irina Fominova, Head of the Department for the Implementation of Advanced Customs Technologies of the Customs Control Organization Service, SZTU; Anton Dikanov, Deputy Head of the Department for Control over Compliance with the Customs Law, Legal Service, SZTU. 

They clarified the mentioned above topics of the meeting and answered the questions of the participants.
