On March 11, 2013 Antonio Linares, Director-General Roca Group in Russia, was awarded by the Officer’s Cross of the Order of Civil Merit of Spain. The presentation was held at the Residence of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain n the Russian Federation, Mr. Jose Ignacio Carbajal Garate.
