On November 28, 2023, a round table “Assessment and development of employees through the prism of generations up to 2030” was held, organized by the AEB Assessment, training & development Sub-Committee of the AEB HR Committee and by the AEB North-Western Regional Committee.


The meeting was opened with a welcoming speech by Irina Aksenova, AEB HR Committee Chairperson.

The discussion was moderated by Ekaterina Strizhova, AEB Assessment, training & development Sub-Committee Chairperson, who highlighted the main trends in staff assessment and training at the moment.

Many employers, HR specialists, and recruiters are wondering how to attract a good candidate to a company and retain him for a long time. The secret lies not only in knowledge of the market and the ability to offer competitive working conditions, it is important to understand the candidate’s profile and build on his needs, to know how to motivate a specialist.

Invited speakers: Irina Nechaeva, Director of the Center for MBA, DBA and International MBA programs of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Alena Surinovich, Coaching Centre Director, Higher School of Management SPbSU, Irina Aksenova, AEB HR Committee Chairperson, Deputy General Director for work with key clients, Coleman Group, Ekaterina Strizhova, PhD, AEB Assessment, training & development Sub-Committee Chairperson, Head of Organizational Development Practice, Organizational Development Expert Kept, Co-founder of the Association of Psychoanalytic Coaching and Business Consulting, tried to reveal the characteristics of each generation (based on the report data Sberbank “Future 2035”) in order to build interaction, understanding the values and motivation of each generation, which do not always coincide.
