On November 22, 2022, the AEB Assessment, training & development Sub-Committee of the AEB HR Committee held a webinar on the topic "Assessment, training and development in uncertain times".

Recent developments have made many changes in the daily routine of companies. The invited experts spoke in detail about the trends in the field of assessment, training and development of personnel, about the available government support programs for training, as well as what leaders are needed now and how to train them.

The webinar was opened by Irina Irina Aksenova, AEB HR Committee Chairperson.
