On 23 November 2016, the AEB Safety, Health, Environment & Security Committee held the round table entitled “Best Practices in Health and Hafety in Russia”. 

The event was moderated by Konstantin von Vietinghoff-Scheel, Chairman of the Health & Safety Subcommittee. Maria Vegesh, Project Manager, 3M Russia, reported about occupational stress and performance. Evgeniya Ekgardt, Occupational Health Advisor, Unilever, gave a presentation about Unilever’s wellbeing programme. Maxim Zhurilo, I LOVE RUNNING, Founder, talked about corporate sport as a method of increasing employee’s involvement.
