Briefing by Boris Titov, Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights

On July 22, Boris Titov, Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights, met with AEB members. 


The meeting was moderated by Stuart Lawson, Member of the Board of the AEB; Senior Advisor, EY; Director, Skolkovo Ventures,  and Andreas Bitzi , Chairman of the AEB SME Committee, Deputy Chairman of the AEB North-Western Regional Committee, Managing Director, quality partners.
Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO, made an introductory speech, noting that meetings with Boris Titov have become a good tradition, and also thanked for the opportunity to discuss topical issues of interest to foreign businesses.


The Presidential Commissioner told the AEB members about the measures taken by the state to attract foreign investors, the nuances of state support for enterprises during the pandemic, as well as about the achievements, prospects and difficulties in protecting the rights of entrepreneurs.
Boris Titov answered questions from AEB members regarding state support for small and medium-sized businesses, prospects for foreign investors in Russia, and many others.
At the end of the meeting, Tadzio Schilling offered to organize a personal meeting with Boris Titov for even more effective interaction.
