On 2 October, 2013 Boris Titov, Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs’ Rights Protection, briefed AEB members. The event was hosted by the AEB Finance and Investment Committee. During the event Boris Titov spoke about investment climate in Russia, his achievements and prospects in the field of entrepreneurs' rights protection. He also answered numerous questions about current Russian investment climate and burning issues like changes in the TIR Carnet use for the customs transit in the Russian Federation, parallel import liberalization, restrictions on secondment usage and others.
