The meeting was organized by the AEB Intellectual Property Committee and was moderated by Frank Schauff, AEB CEO, and Anton Bankovskiy, Chairman of the AEB Intellectual Committee. At the meeting, such issues were raised as the main directions of the governmental policy in the area of intellectual property in 2017  and the role of Rospatent in this process; the plans of Rospatent to expand the list and methods of providing public services with the use of the Internet; Recent initiatives of the Agency on  the procedure of opposition, the institutes of preliminary application and licensing of applications. Topics of mutual interests and future cooperation were also discussed.
