The Chairman of the AEB Board and AEB Machine Building & Engineering Committee Philippe Pegorier made a welcome speech. Valentin Gapanovich gave a presentation on RZD's innovation development programme and localisation of innovative rolling stock production. 

This event was a continuation of the long-lasting tradition of the AEB meetings with the top management of RZD.
