On October 27, 2020, Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO, presented an overview of the most important changes to be made at the new AEB Charter.

The current AEB Charter dates back to 2012. Since then many things have changed (incl. new legal requirements) and it is thus time for an update.

The changes presented have touched upon some technical details as well as a number of procedures and competences within the AEB internal bodies.

In the near future the draft will be made available to the members for further analysis and comments.

At the upcoming Annual General Meeting, currently scheduled for December 9, 2020, the final version will be submitted to AEM members vote.
