On 15 December 2020 the AEB Real Estate Committee, the Construction and Real Estate Subcommittee of the AEB North-Western Committee (AEB NWRC), and the AEB Construction Industry and Building Material Suppliers Committee held jointly the webinar “BUSINESS DIALOGUE: DIGITAL CONSTRUCTION IN RUSSIA - RUSULTS OF 2020”.

Tatjana Kovalenko, Chair of the AEB Real Estate Committee, Deputy General Director of SENDLER & COMPANY, Maxim Sobolev, Chair of the Construction and Real Estate Subcommittee of the AEB NWRC, Commercial Real Estate Director of YIT, and Vitaly Bogachenko, Chair of the AEB Construction Industry and Building Material Suppliers Committee, Head of Corporate Affairs of LafargeHolcim Russia opened the event with welcome speech. 

The online webinar was devoted to the analysis of the current state and prospects of the development of digital technologies in construction. Speakers from GAZPROM, YIT, Spectrum Holding, and Dentons, were invited to introduce and discuss such fundamental concepts as BIM and other instruments of the digital construction in Russia, application of digital technologies in the management of large-scale construction projects, construction information classifier of Minstroy of Russia, digital passport of the object - new reality.

The event was moderated by Tatjana Kovalenko, Chair of the AEB Real Estate Committee, Deputy General Director of SENDLER & COMPANY and Maxim Sobolev, Chair of the Construction and Real Estate Subcommittee of the AEB NWRC, Commercial Real Estate Director of YIT.
