Business Schools of the 2022-2023 academic year

Within the framework of the "Business Schools" project, the academic year 2022-2023 at the Kuban State University was launched on November 30, 2022.


This year's project involves 4 leading universities of the South of Russia: Kuban State Agrarian University, Kuban State Technological University, Kuban State University and Southern Federal University (Rostov-on-Don). This is a joint project of 14 leading companies in the region, 13 companies among them are members of the AEB Southern Regional Committee.

In the new academic year, 14 teachers and 26 senior students of 10 faculties of training became listeners of the project at KubGAU, 40 students of 5 faculties at the Kuban State Technological University, 27 undergraduate and graduate students of 6 faculties take part in the project at KubGU, and 40 students of 14 faculties take part in the project at SFU. 

In parallel with classroom studies, the volume of which ranges from 90 to 100 hours during the year, excursions to enterprises, face-to-face meetings and exchange of views between managers, leading practitioners and students of the Business Schools are held.

Currently, participating companies are developing business cases that will be offered to students for solution and subsequent defense as a final graduation assignment. A separate program has been developed for a group of teachers – the direction being implemented for the second year within the framework of the Business Schools project at the Kuban State Agrarian University - and a mentoring institute operates under the patronage of the heads of leading companies.

The Business Schools project is a unique project in the South of Russia, which demonstrates an open constructive dialogue with top managers and specialists of leading companies. The management of universities has repeatedly emphasized the important practical experience in the development of professional competencies that the Business School project brings to its students, as well as the possibility of building their further successful careers. Over the entire time of the project, more than 600 students and 14 teachers have become graduates of Business Schools.
