C’est aussi ce que nous mettons en œuvre à titre bilatéral à travers notre agenda de confiance et de sécurité, parfaitement dans la ligne européenne, et notre volonté de poursuivre un dialogue ferme et exigeant pour la stabilité stratégique et la sécurité sur le continent européen.
