Conference participants addressed the speaker with questions regarding the negative prospects of the consequences of the prohibitions and restrictions on the use of active substances (AS) in the EU for Russian agriculture. Jonathan Brown noted that the decisions on possible restriction of AS use in Russia must be based on involvement of all stakeholders into decision making process (state authorities, CPP companies, scientific institutes, industry unions and associations) and objective research results.
