As part of the long-term "Time for New Strategies" program, the conference "HR Leadership: Meeting the Challenges of the Times" was held on April 24, 2025.

The program is co-organized by the weekly YugTimes, the Public Chamber of the Krasnodar Territory, the Southern Regional Committee of the Association of European Businesses, the Association "Agency for Investment and International Cooperation" (AIMS), the Krasnodar Regional Branch of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. The strategic partner of the program is the Center-Invest Bank, the golden partner of the program is the INCITI Group of companies.

Opening the event, Oleg Zharko, Corporate Affairs Director Center South Region at Health & Nutrition, Chairman of the AEB Southern Regional Committee and the Editorial Board of the weekly YugTimes, stressed the importance of the long-term "Time for New Strategies" program, as well as the importance of HR in the effective development of the economy.

The importance of the conference topic was also noted by Diana Lipinskaya, Director of the branch No. 8 of PJSC CB Center-Invest, Deputy Chairman of the Southern Regional Committee of the AEB, expert of the Public Chamber of the Krasnodar Territory. Igor Bragarnik, Secretary of the Committee on Financial and Budgetary, Tax, Economic Policy, Entrepreneurship and Financial Markets of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory, addressed the conference participants, who assessed the situation on the regional labor market and outlined the main measures by the legislative authorities aimed at reducing the shortage of personnel.

The conference was moderated by Igor Brener, Employee Experience, Cargill GHRS Russia,  Chairman of the HR Subcommittee of the AEB Southern Regional Committee. Among the speakers at the conference were Irina Aksenova, Chairman of the Human Resources Committee of the Association of European Businesses, Deputy General Director for Key Client Relations at Coleman Group (Moscow), Alexander Polidi, Professor at the Kuban State Agrarian University, Ekaterina Nikiforova, Head of the Press Service hh.ru in the South and in the Central Federal District, Irina Narovskaya, Manager People & Culture of Philip Morris International affiliated companies in Russia, Ella Detkova, CEO of Ella Detkova HR Academy, Dana Rudneva, Development Director of the charity organization "Dobry-Yug” and others.

During the presentations, the conference participants touched upon such issues as labor market analytics in 2025, the employer's brand, trends, challenges, HR insights, expectations of young personnel from the employer, an integrated approach to career management, business expectations from applicants and HR specialists, cooperation between business and NGOs.

All participants of the conference noted the relevance of the chosen topic and the importance of holding events within the framework of the long-term program "Time for New Strategies".
