On June 2, 2022, AEB held its regular webinar “Crisis Update: Sanctions and Countermeasures”. This time the event was dedicated to legislation in the field of information security, public-private partnership and SPIC.

Tadzio Schilling, AEB CEO, talked about the current agenda of AEB interaction with government agencies and European partners. 

Alexey Lukatsky, Security Business Consultant, presented an overview of the President Decree No. 250 on information security. The expert described the scope of the decree and the next government steps to analyze the security of enterprises. 

Vladimir Sokolov, Director, Head of Energy, Natural Resources, PPP and Infrastructure practice, LLC “Technologies of trust”, spoke about the mechanism of public-private partnership (PPP). He presented an analysis of investments for 2020-2022 and the impact of sanctions on the PPP market. 

Maxim Grigoriev, Partner, Head of Special Projects at VEGAS LEX law firm, presented a comparative analysis of Special Investment Contracts (SPIC) and Investment Protection and Promotion Agreements (IPPA) and spoke about the changes in legislation in this sphere in 2022.
