Zoya Kohova, HSBC Bank (RR) Ltd, made an overview of the decrees regulating provision of loans by Russian residents to non-residents. 

Oleg Krylov, ING Bank (Eurasia) JSC, explained when an account of type "C" is required, features of such accounts, types of operations that require settlements on such accounts.

Anna Fomina, PJSC ROSBANK, spoke about decrees 81, 95 and 520 regulating transactions with securities, and explained what other regulatory documents you need to be considered when conducting transactions.
