On April 26, 2023, a regular AEB webinar "Crisis Update: Sanctions and Countermeasures" was held.

This time our experts focused on updates in Presidential and Government approvals:

- Laura Brank, Managing Partner, Moscow Head of the Russia Practice, DECHERT LLP, told about OFAC view on exit tax; 

- German Zakharov, Partner, ALRUD Law Firm, on regulatory risks for foreign investors and liability for violating countermeasures.
