On July 25, 2023, a regular AEB webinar "Crisis Update: Sanctions and Countermeasures. Recent Developments in Counter-Sanctions Regulation and Practice" was held.

This time the experts focused on recent developments and current practice in approvals of deals and dividend payments (new approaches as per the extract from the decision of the Government Sub-Commission no. 171/5 of 7 July 2023), cross-border capital flow and share buy-back options for exiting companies, as well as practical aspects of interim management (under President’s Decree #520 of July 16, 2023).
