Over for the past two years, the Russian labor market has undergone a serious transformation. Research results show that the situation in many areas of employment is not in favor of employers. The impact of demographic processes has become one of the main causes of staffing shortages. Companies are forced to compete, looking for new solutions and tools to attract and retain personnel. But one of the most important tasks of business now is to strengthen new positioning, to announce the offer on the market and staffing. How companies cope with this situation and continue to demonstrate high business performance was discussed at the webinar.
