Employer Branding in the Hospitality Industry


On 15 November 2017 the AEB Hotels & Tourism Working Group and the AEB Human Resources Committee held a joint open event entitled ”Employer Branding in the Hospitality Industry”.

The event was designed to highlight the benefits and opportunities, which exist in the hospitality industry and, in particular, the hotel industry in Moscow. 
The event provided a platform for discussing the most topical challenges faced by hospitality industry as regards HR sector, and possible responses to these challenges.

The participants of the Event had a possibility to learn about the hospitality performance management process, selecting development activities on and off the job, what is important for any successful relationship in the Hospitality, HR Brand External & Internal Promotion through social networks, efficient tools of employees engagement and retention.
