The Environment National Project (ENP), a part of the government program of the advanced economic and technological development of Russian Federation till 2024, establishes the targets for the decrease of hazardous emissions and water pollution as well as for the waste reduction.

The event was opened by Alexey Uchenov, Director of the  Department of strategic development and corporate policy, RF Ministry of Industry and Trade, who spoke about the priorities of the Russian government in  raising the competitiveness of the Russian industry. He called the companies-members of the AEB to work together with the Ministry on most important issues. Sergey Zinchenko, the General Director of Agency for technological development, has introduced this relatively new body  and traced the possibilities of cooperation with the AEB. Anton Peshkov, Area Director, Tikkurila Russia and Central Asia, in his speech has underlined the importance of water-borne paint being the advanced material for cleaner air. How to finance sustainable development projects? What are the opportunities for European companies for earning money on the Russian market? Vsevolod Gavrilov, Director, Energy Efficiency and Natural Resources Project Management Directorate, Sberbank, has concluded with brio this interesting event.
