ESG as part of the corporate brand


On February 21, 2024, an open event of the Public Relations and Communications Committee “ESG as part of the corporate brand” was held at the AEB office.

During the event, Roman Ishmukhametov, Chairman of the AEB Green Initiative Carbon Management Workstream, Senior associate, Melling, Voitishkin & Partners, shared information about the main trends in the field of ESG, as well as the work of the AEB in this area.

Tatiana Bachinskaya, Director of the Center for the Development of Philanthropy "Soprichastnost", Editor-in-Chief of "Business and Society", spoke about the results of a study conducted in 2023 the purpose of which was to study the practices of openness, accessibility and transparency of corporate information about the activities of organizations that have joined the Goals sustainable development or in other ways demonstrating the social responsibility of business, their analysis and development of recommendations based on best corporate practices to improve the openness and transparency of information on sustainable development.

Daria Birich, Project Director, maslov:agency shared information about the relationship between ESG and communications today, the basics of the image of a responsible company, as well as current tools.

Anastasia Novak (Project Manager for Sustainable Development, Unilever Rus), Anna Shepilova (Head of Corporate and External Communications, METRO Russia), Olga Streltsova (Head of Marketing Communications, DHL Express) took part in a panel session dedicated to cases of international companies in the field of ESG in terms of corporate brand promotion. Experts shared their experience and professional opinion in this area.
