On 18 December, 2013Frank Schauff, AEB CEO, and Ludmila Shiryaeva, AEB Migration Committee chairwoman, had a meeting with Mr. Pechatnikov, Deputy Moscow Mayor, to discuss the most important and recent changes to the Migration and Labor Legislation.
Frank Schauff raised an issue of quota for foreign employees and disproportionate punishment, such as non-entry of foreign employees for imperceivable administrative penalties.
